Return and Replacement
At Filo Vogue, we aim to provide high-quality apparels that meet your expectations. If you need to return or replace apparel, please review our policy below.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your apparels must be:
Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
Product should be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Product must accompanied with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Custom-printed T-shirts are only eligible for returns if there is a manufacturing defect, size or printing error.
Return/Exchange Process:
Contact Customer Support: Initiate your return by contacting us on what’s up at +91-9259077033 or emailing: filovogue@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
The product must be dispatched to us within the same day or next day of the order received date. (Courier slips of return items must be send to the company via email or what’s on +91-9259077033). Company may allow to extend the return date depending upon the unforeseen situations but the company’s decision will be final regarding the acceptance of returned product
Shipping Your Return: Shipping costs is refundable for 1st return/exchange only thereafter customers has to bear shipping cost for further returns/exchanges.
Once we have received return shipment in our warehouse, we will send an email confirming receipt of the parcel. Please allow up to 15 days for this to happen. Please feel free to write us at any point of time.
Replacement Process
If you receive a defective or incorrect apparel, we will gladly replace it with no additional cost. The replacement request can be accepted only once for a product.
To request a replacement:
Contact our customer support team with your order details and a description of the issue.
Provide photographic evidence of the defect or error, if requested.
Follow the instructions provided by our support team to return the defective item. Once Processing Returns and Replacements
Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.
Replacement Approval: If approved, a replacement apparel will shipped to you as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized T-shirts (unless there is a defect or error)
Late delivery or Missing products
Products such as innerwear, mask, cosmetics, night wears cannot be returned/exchanged due to hygiene issue.
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
